Amanah Raya Berhad (AmanahRaya) has organised another Corporate Social Responsibility initiative ahead of its 100th anniversary celebrations by expressing support for high-tech sports through sponsorship of the ‘Malaysia Drone League’ (MDL) 2023 Championship circuit starting in May 2023 until December 2024.
AmanahRaya Group Managing Director, Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan in his statement said ‘AmanahRaya’s participation as a sponsor of the Silver category with a sponsorship amount of RM25,000.00 is one of the activities to express our support for talent development and career building among the young generation.’
He who took to the field to represent AmanahRaya during the championship session held at the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology and Innovation (MRANTI) Bukit Jalil, also hoped that Malaysia would continue to actively discuss the development of local talent and expertise so that the budding interest among the new generation in drone sports could creating job opportunities for them, along with the development of the drone industry at the international level.
In addition, in an effort to increase the awareness of visitors to the 2023 MDL Tournament about the importance of implementing Estate Planning and Property Management at an early stage, especially to ensure the continuity and well-being of the legacy that we will leave behind, AmanahRaya also offers a Basic Will promotion at a price of RM350.00 compared to the original price of RM500.00. Meanwhile, visitors who previously had a Basic Will of AmanahRaya also have the opportunity to enjoy the discounted price of converting a Basic Will to a Comprehensive Will at only RM490.00 compared to the original price of RM700.00.
The MDL 2023 open category tournament organized by the Drone Racing Association of Malaysia (DRAM) was attended by a total of thirty-five (35) participants consisting of drone sports professionals representing Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
