“Programmes” shall mean the programmes, events, discussions, campaigns, initiatives and/or features made available or organised by MRANTI, whether now or in future; and

1. The Types of Personal Data We Collect From You

The type of Personal Data which we collect from you may vary depending on the nature of our relationship and may include Personal Data that is sensitive in nature. We only collect Personal Data that is necessary and depending on the purpose of collection, it can include but is not limited to your name, national registration identity card number, nationality, race, birth date, age, gender, marital status, residential address, telephone number, your e-mail address, social media account details, or the details of any account you may have with any website or mobile application; your geographic location; your computer’s internet protocol address and any other identifying information of any computer and/or mobile device which you use to interact with us; your financial details including your bank account details; any record of your participation in any events and/or programmes organised or facilitated by us; your social security information and tax information; your religious beliefs, political affiliations, and memberships with any organisations; your criminal record or any record of you being the subject of any investigations, claims, or sanctions; your educational history and educational and professional qualifications; your past and current employment; information relating to your ownership of or equity in any companies; your medical information including your physical and mental condition; your biometric information; and video footage and pictures of you. We may also collect from you the aforementioned Personal Data relating to persons connected to you, such as your family, friends, and colleagues. Where you are providing us with the Personal Data of such persons, please ensure that they have read this Privacy Notice and consented to us processing of his/her Personal Data for any of the purposes prior to the supply of his/her Personal Data to us.

We would also like to inform you that in order for us to provide access to you to our Programmes, it may be obligatory for you to provide us with certain types of Personal Data. Conversely, some Personal Data may be voluntary or optional. On that note, we will indicate at the time of request on whether any Personal Data is obligatory. 4. Your Rights to Your Personal Data

4.1 Updating your Personal Data
It is important that the Personal Data that you provide to us is accurate, current and complete and that you do not submit any information to us which is inaccurate or misleading in order for us to provide the Programmes effectively. In the event you believe that your Personal Data as provided to us are inaccurate and out of date, you are responsible for informing us of such changes. If there has been any change in your Personal Data, we encourage you to keep us informed of any such change. You may also request that our processing of your Personal Data be limited such that (i) we only process your Personal Data for some but not all of the purposes mentioned; (ii) we only process some but not all of your Personal Data for the purposes mentioned; (iii) a combination of (i) and (ii); or (iv) any form of limitation of our processing of your Personal Data in any way. Note that, depending on the nature of the consent withdrawal or limitation, we may not be able to continue to provide or assist you with some or all of the features that we customarily provide. Upon the receipt of your request, we will process within a reasonable time and once the processing is complete, we will no longer collect, use, disclose or process your Personal Data, except to the extent that we retain your Personal Data for compliance, regulatory or other legal purposes. It may take up to two (2) months for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems and as such, your Personal Data may still be processed during this period, if any.

4.3 Request to access data and portabilityIf you wish to request for a copy of all Personal Data provided to us, you can do so by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer of your intention and we shall provide you the Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You may also request portability of your Personal Data and we shall assist to transmit the Personal Data to another data user as requested.

The confidentiality of your Personal Data is imperative to MRANTI. However, in order to meet the purposes above, there will be instances where we will have to disclose your Personal Data. 10. Conflict
In the even of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of this Privacy Notice and the translated version in the Malay language, the English version shall prevail.
