1. The Types of Personal Data We Collect From You
The type of Personal Data which we collect from you may vary depending on the nature of our relationship and may include Personal Data that is sensitive in nature. We only collect Personal Data that is necessary and depending on the purpose of collection, it can include but is not limited to your name, national registration identity card number, nationality, race, birth date, age, gender, marital status, residential address, telephone number, your e-mail address, social media account details, or the details of any account you may have with any website or mobile application; your geographic location; your computer’s internet protocol address and any other identifying information of any computer and/or mobile device which you use to interact with us; your financial details including your bank account details; any record of your participation in any events and/or programmes organised or facilitated by us; your social security information and tax information; your religious beliefs, political affiliations, and memberships with any organisations; your criminal record or any record of you being the subject of any investigations, claims, or sanctions; your educational history and educational and professional qualifications; your past and current employment; information relating to your ownership of or equity in any companies; your medical information including your physical and mental condition; your biometric information; and video footage and pictures of you. 4. Your Rights to Your Personal Data
4.1 Updating your Personal Data
It is important that the Personal Data that you provide to us is accurate, current and complete and that you do not submit any information to us which is inaccurate or misleading in order for us to provide the Programmes effectively. In the event you believe that your Personal Data as provided to us are inaccurate and out of date, you are responsible for informing us of such changes. Note that, depending on the nature of the consent withdrawal or limitation, we may not be able to continue to provide or assist you with some or all of the features that we customarily provide.
