TACCOMS allows for a tactical team leader to have complete command and control of tactical team members during tactical operations. It is a tactical integrated solution offering command, control, communication and coordination (C4) capability using multiple clients (Android) to a server (Windows). TACCOMS will enhance mission effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring that C4 is maintained at all times between the tactical team leader and the tactical team.
