MRANTI Park serves as a 4IR innovation hub and functions as a nucleus for research and development (R&D) as well as commercialisation and innovation (C&I) for its potential investors and innovators.
MRANTI Park is set up to provide innovators with a secure environment for sandboxing and live testing as they progress from ideation, and prototype to commercialising their product all in one place, for upstream and downstream activities.
In this episode of Top Guns by The Vibes, MRANTI’s key leaders share insights into their operations and how the establishment provides interlinked services and facilities that go hand-in-hand with the development of the 5G technology.
MRANTI chief executive officer Dzuleira Abu Bakar took us on a tour of their 686-acre facilities located in Bukit Jalil and 15km away from Bandar Malaysia.
It will be developed in three phases on three precincts accompanied by three principles – innovation, sustainability, and a progressive culture – across five clusters, which are green technology, biotechnology, smart manufacturing, agricultural technology, and 4IR technologies.
Chief ecosystem development officer Safuan Zairi, meanwhile, shared the plan for MRANTI’s impressive and comprehensive facilities such as the intellectual property portfolio management, drone tech initiative, and collaborative workspace that are in line with the aspiration to make Malaysia a technology producer nation by 2030.
