What can I get from MATCH?

MATCH is a platform for researchers, ministries, government agencies, corporate, investors, individuals and experts to get connected and exchange innovative ideas and/or solutions / IPs / problem statements between the technology provider and technology seekers with the end-goal to accelerate commercialisation i.e. bringing innovative ideas into market or seeking innovative solutions for specific problem statement / challenges.

For Tech Providers

Who is the Tech Provider?

Tech Provider is anyone with a passion for tech commercialisation and looking for collaboration partners (i.e. industry partners) to commercialise their IPs. Tech Provider must be the IP or technology owner.

Is MATCH for me?

If you are solving a societal and environmental issue through commercial means with a product, service or prototype that requires additional help to get it up and running or to scale then YES! MATCH is essentially a place for you to feature your project and the type of assistance you require.

How can I apply and get my project listed?

Click here mranti.my/match/tech-providers to start your application. If you do not already have an account with MRANTI you will be required to create one.

When will I know if my project gets approved?

After you submit your application it will take 5-10 working days for the MATCH teams to approve your project. Once approved it will automatically be listed here mranti.my/match/tech-providers and you will be notified via email as well.

How will I know if someone is interested in my project?

Technology Champions will get in touch via the “Get Connected” button on your project page. They will fill up a form containing their details and their interest in your project. From there, our team will then connect them with you and you can get in touch with the Technology Champion on your preferred platform via a call, email, text etc.

Who are Tech Seekers?

Tech Seeker is any organisation that wants to acquire new IP and looking for collaboration partners to address the problem statements. Tech Seekers can include ministries, government agencies, corporate, investors and individuals who have the resources to support the innovators - working together for collective impact and learning together through value exchange.

What resources can be provided to the project owners?

Both financial and non-financial resources. These can include business collaboration (joint venture), IP acquisition, licensing, R&D Collaboration, investments, and more.

What kinds of projects can I find on MATCH?

You can find projects based on the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and technology categories. You may view projects here mranti.my/match/tech-seekers, there will be more to come!

I want to support a project, how do I contact project owners?

On the project page, you’ll find a “Submit” button. Hitting that will generate a form to leave your contact details for the MATCH team to introduce you and the project owner.

I have a specific area of interest, but there are no projects in that area, what do I do?

Get in touch! Even though it’s not listed on MATCH there might be a project we know of that will fit you well. We are happy to connect the dots between Tech Seekers and Tech Providers. Please write to match@mranti.my.
