As a seasoned professional, Razana is a Certified SME Competitiveness Rating For Enhancement (Score) Auditor, equipped with the skills to assess and improve the competitiveness of SMEs. Furthermore, Razana is a Certified Incubation Manager, having completed the World Bank-infoDEV NBIA Module, demonstrating her proficiency in guiding and nurturing startups through their early stages of development.
Razana's commitment to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs extends beyond her professional roles. She serves as a Panel Judge/Jury for the Skim Usahawan Permulaan, contributing her expertise to identify and recognize promising startup ventures. Additionally, Razana plays a crucial role as part of the Secretariat of the Steering Committee for Incubation Development in the Bumiputera (SUPERB) TERAJU Programme, driving initiatives to empower and elevate Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
