Jaynthi joins KASS with more than 10 years of experience in the IP industry. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Kings College London and an LL.B. Law degree from the University of London.
As a key person managing the operations of the Trademarks and Designs Division at KASS, Jaynthi adeptly oversees trademark and industrial design registration and prosecution — both locally and internationally. She is highly skilled in addressing challenges related to trademark registrability and objections and assumes responsibility for contentious issues, including managing oppositions and negotiating settlements.
Furthermore, Jaynthi also excels at brand protection strategies, due diligence, and copyright concerns. Her in-depth experience with related laws, coupled with her ability to navigate the intricacies of the IP domain, makes her a valuable leader to the KASS team.
