How can we resolve critical problems with new methods of Innovations?
How can we adopt ESG practices and create a sustainable business?
Why do these topics matter now more than ever?
In today's rapidly changing business climate, implementing innovative and sustainable processes, culture, and environment are critical to long-term competitive success.
It is undeniable that Innovation has become the standard for differentiation and is vital to any organisation's success. Creative ideas do not always lead to innovations as they do not necessarily produce viable solutions to problems. For an idea to be innovative, it must also be useful. Put it simply, “innovation is the implementation of new ideas that add value."
On the other hand, businesses with strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) expertise also experience faster growth. The demand for transparency in sustainable and socially responsible practices is on the rise. ESG topics have been trending from the boardrooms of global giants to individual consumers and decisions made are taking ethics and sustainability into consideration.
Yet, there remains a gap of understanding as to what these topics mean in practice. We aim to change that for you!
In this unique first edition, you will get in-depth insights on how to embed Innovation and ESG related practices in day-to-today responsibilities that will ultimately create an impactful and sustainable future.
This session will allow you to demystify what innovation truly is - What are the types of innovation? Why is it important to embrace it? How can you take advantage of it?
You will learn the tactical strategies for new sustainability initiatives, build and implement ESG Integrated Sustainability Framework, as well as ESG Integration in technology and innovation.
In addition, you will get to meet five (5) startups from different industry verticals and obtain insights on how innovation and sustainability practices first started within their companies and their lessons learned. Identify opportunity areas to work with them – be it as an adopter or as a partner.
This full 4 - day introductory course to Innovation, ESG and Sustainability related practices, is an intensive but fun and interactive session that will provide you with a methodology that is not only practicality-first, but customisable to your needs. Take home the knowledge, templates and processes and implement them immediately; be it professionally, socially or personally!
